What a weekend a difference makes!

And what an amazing weekend it was! The awakening was profound. The students were there to work and engaged in the journey, openly, honestly and vulnerably.  The staff showed unending commitment to the new student's growth and never shied away from their own. Paul Skok brought it!...with PASSION, LOVE and iINSPIRATION that lead us all to higher levels of exploration and personal discovery. It was electric!

Many new students are excited to attend The Life Success Course in the next couple months and some already committed to The Leadership Seminars! 

There were many leaders showing up in the class and we look forward to their participation in the new journey of L.A. PSI and our participation in their personal dreams and goals!

We intended to attract leaders AND they came.

It was an honor to work with so many magnificent people! 

AND THE JOURNEY CONTINUES! 

The L.A. Basic starts THIS Thursday!

We are in final boarding for OUR FIRST L.A. BASIC as the NEW PSI L.A. Team, starting THIS Thursday!
 The VISION of growing L.A. into the most Powerful, Effective, Loving, Result Creating City in the company.....IS ALIVE!   It is happening NOW! 

The class is almost to our goal of 50 New Students, ready to take on their lives. We are at 46 right now! Incredible.
Our staff of 13 committed leaders is just that! Committed leaders! Taking their lives to the next level by setting SMART goals and using the support of this team and PSI tools to create the results of their dreams! We have 9 amazing group leaders and 4 phenomenal Production staff!

Our staff has been meeting for the last 6 weeks and working together, focused on achieving results in their lives. Our goal is to ALL be at 100% of our Personal and Enrollment Goals by Thursday when the Basic starts! I believe we will do it too!
THEN!, we all have 90 day goals that we will continue working together, after the Basic, to achieve!

A couple of NEW concepts we are committing to NOW, as staffing requirements...

The Production Staff have committed to hosting one Basic Presentation per buddy team, so that's 2 Basic Presentations from them in the next 90 days!
AND they are Producing the Celebration at the end of the 90 days, where we ACKNOWLEDGE the success of all the Basic Grads from April AND the success of the Staff's 90 day goals.
ALL L.A. Grads are invited to this CELEBRATION!
AND...
The Group Leaders have committed to Coaching their Small Groups for the 90 days following this Basic, to achieve their goals!
And as the Chiefs of this class, we have committed to coaching the coaches. We are in consensus that WE'RE ALL MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER!
I am very excited  that the NEW VISION for L.A. has become tangible. We have already raised the bar for every aspect of what we are creating in this city using the tools of The Basic Seminar.

We are focused on supporting Grads to create results in their lives! ALL GRADS! of ALL CLASSES!

Welcome to the NEW COMMUNITY CENTER for PSI LA! 
Before our world became electronically obsessed, PSI had local offices which would become the center of the PSI community. All information came from the office, you could always stop by the office for inspiration, or education or support etc...However, today offices are not effective because we all communicate through the internet, not to mention LA is so BIG that there's no ONE location, central to everyone.
So my intention is to create a community space on the internet to provide all PSI LA information, inspiration, education and support to create RESULTS in your life NOW.
Soon we will be unveiling our INCREDIBLE WEBSITE...PSI LA....which is cutting edge of the website world! The website we've designed is going to do things you won't believe! And it will actually support your growth in ways you haven't imagined!
 It will be the place you go to get every detail of anything you're looking for...local calendar, grad bios, grad goals, visions, dreamboards, green light feedback for challenges, interviews with PSI-lebrities, inspiration, PSI Music, Videos...and more and more and more!
HOWEVER, it is still in production as of today, AND I want it NOW so I have started this blog to begin enrolling us all into communicating in this format.
There is also a Facebook page for PSI LA that goes with this Blog. Both will roll right into our website when it is ready. My goal is to debut the Website on May 15th, 2011!
